At the end of 2022, Mathem’s new logistics facility was put into operation after two years of construction. The building was nominated as Office of the Year by Lokalnytt in 2023.

We have had the great pleasure of delivering our Flex system to the office part of the 36,000 square meter building. It includes offices, automated warehouse, changing rooms, gym, restaurant, store, café, as well as various break areas and lounges.

Sustainability is central to Mathem, and the new facility provides employees with a modern workplace with a good working environment and well-thought-out workflows, including large windows with natural light.

Furthermore, the facility is environmentally certified as Miljöbyggnad Guld by SGBC and is largely supplied with renewable electricity from Stockholm’s largest solar power installation on the roof.
